In architecture, there may be a nice play with different layers of symmetry. (top) In this design of a recycling building, the functions behind the façade are related with an almost moving geometry. (bottom, left) Sometimes, horizontal lines are dominant. Simultaneously, some elements are of evident importance. Note the declining line in the regular wall at the left, which reacts on the declining transparant wall at the right. (right) A fractal line solved the classic problem of the breaking hole in the wall: the continuation of the wall is guaranteed.
